We do this by having open and honest discussions with our clients to achieve value-based outcomes that simply work.

Products and vendors who provide better margin but do not provide the most effective and proven outcomes will never be offered by Mycelium. We only offer proven, adaptable and future proof technologies from Microsoft and AWS, allowing you to grow, manoeuvre, minimise contact with us and do what you’re good at 24/7.

What We’ve Achieved

  • Unified communication and business systems for a geo-seperated hotel group using MS 365, AWS and Juniper network equipment for increased reliability, security and maneuverability which helped the business immensly during the
    COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Migrate trade businesses from G-suite to MS365 increasing their ability to work in any location, process quotes faster and have increased control of user devices through MS Intune.

  • Established cloud based deployable pit lane monitoring network for a motorsport team increasing reliability and throughput of on track data.

  • Warehouse and office relocation project for UK based business who was also migrating from onsite infrastructure to hybrid-cloud infrastructure. This included the migration from Mytel based phone system to MS Teams cloud PBX.

  • Migration for large multi-national head office from Skype for Businesss to MS Teams Cloud PBX .

  • Vendor managment project for print heavy business looking to establish best deal with new vendor. Client achieved $48,000 savings in the first year and $60,000 year on year.

  • Managed migration for accounting firm moving from Xero to MYOB which included implementation of availble API’s to increase workflow efficiency.
